Poola Rangadu Movie Review

Behind The Movie Poola Rangadu: Comedian turned hero Sunil in an all new get up together with successful comedy handler Veerabhadram and RR Movie Makers made expectations to rise on this flick. Let us see, what is the fresh fragrance of this ‘Poola Rangadu’?

In the Movie Poola Rangadu: Ranga (Sunil) is a small real estate dealer who has too many accounts to settle but is already bankrupt. To cash upon a deal of 30 acres land in a tiny village near Warangal, Ranga keeps his father (Kota)’s house at risk and gets the land registered on his name. When Ranga visits the actual site, he is shocked to know the land is in litigation between two cold blooded rival parties viz. Konda Reddy (Dev Gill) and Lala Goud (Pradeep Rawat).

Ranga has no other way rather to return back home with empty hands which he can’t. With help of his friends Vasu (Ali) and Bosu (Satyam Rajesh), now Ranga etches out a plan to woo Lala Goud’s daughter Anita (Isha Chawla) and get his property released. In the process, Ranga wins the heart of Anita but fails to unite the two rival families. When Konda Reddy eyes on marrying Anita, the only solution left for Ranga is to punish him and win both his land and love.

Values of the Movie Poola Rangadu: The biggest plus points for the film are director Veerabhadram and hero Sunil. Hats Off to their chemistry that resulted in a true family entertainer along with ample mass elements. Never do we see a lag or boring episode throughout. Dialogues by Sreedhar Seepana are hilarious and also heart touching in some emotional scenes. Prasad Murella’s cinematography reaches top notch standards by climax episodes. Background musical score by Anup Rubens was exhilarating. Editing by Goutham Raju was conventional. Special congrats to Kanal Kannan for showing Sunil’s six packs in a breath taking action scene. Production values of RR Movie Makers were highly appreciative.

Performance wise, Sunil is just extra ordinary in every department. He was at regular ease in doing comedy and same is exhibited in emotional scenes or performing wonderful dance moments along with climax fight. Isha Chawla is a natural beauty with cute smile as her rapport with Sunil has come out satisfactory. While Dev Gill and Pradeep Rawat are struck with regular villainy, it’s the comedy of Raghu Babu, Ali and ‘Satyam’ Rajesh in coherence with Sunil that made ‘Poola Rangadu’ to reach an all new standards. Among others Sudha, Kota, Duvvasi Mohan etc are regular.

Out of the Movie Poola Rangadu: Although result of movie is on positive side, it’s pity to see Sunil in a macho look at the loss of his original charm on face. Most of the time, costumes selected by director for Sunil seems to have meant to cover the folds on his skin. Yet, the hard work and dedication by Sunil in every minuet aspect is worth impressive. No doubts... ‘Poola Rangadu’ will offer new lease to bumpy ride of Sunil, make Veerabhadram join the top league of directors and give ample name, fame for writer Sreedhar Seepana. 

Nevertheless one will find definite shades of ‘Maryada Ramanna’ or ‘Hanuman Junction’ in ‘Poola Rangadu,’ everything is excused after watching this adequate output. Director’s grip on narration without loosing the pace in story along with weaving of necessary punches at regular intervals made the film a thorough entertainer. Special mention for the climax action scene which was even though lengthy (more than 12 minutes), it is unbelievable. Looks like RR Movie Makers are running on a golden patch as they are to see one more hit on their banner. In ‘B’ and ‘C’ Centers, response will be uniquely positive for the film.     

Love Failure - Music Review

That's saying a lot right there after he has given several hits that made much noise, literally. Sree Mani, who came into the limelight considerably in his lyrics for the film 100% Love last year, shines again in the lyrics for this album with his deft wordplay and notable expressions alike. Ample care while recording could have made the playback singers' rendition free of mistakes. While all songs have female voices in them, it's surprising to see that only one song credits the lady singer. (This review credits them as a part of "chorus" for the lack of appropriate credits from the inlay card.) On the whole, the songs catch up with only a couple of hearings and impress casual audience among the youth, at who the album is targeted. 1. History-ki andanaTTi mystery-le yee prEma! (Parvathi, Parvathi!...) (Duration: 3:21 minutes) (Rating: 4.0/5) Playback: Siddharth's rendition suits the mood of the song. The chorus fits in. Techno effects on playback bring an interesting twist to the rendition laced with retro instruments. Mispronunciation: ve llaavE (instead of "veLLaavE"). Lyric: The song signifies an agonized, present-day lover who goes around singing he failed in love, joined by others in a similar situation. Expressions such as "gunDe pinDi gunDu koTTaavE"  are fitting to the theme and tone of the song. (Note the usage of "gunDe pinDi..." with a positive connotation in song #2 of the album.) Wordplay like "macchukainaa acchu lEdE" is notable even in such a short lyric. The reference to "Columbus" as a rhyme for "syllabus" in the next line was irrelevant as such. At the end of the saakii(prelude) sung by the chorus, "kaligE lOpE" could have fit better if it was "kalugu lOpE" with no change in the meaning. The lyric bears a tangential thematic resemblance to the song "My love is gone!" from Arya 2. Tune/Interlude/BGM: The tune catches on instantly. Percussion in the interlude foot-tapping in its own way. The orchestra seems retro-styled, especially because of the wind instruments. The BGM also follows suit with the bass guitar and other ensemble. 2. paatikELLU vyarthamEnaa! (intezaar-E intezaar-E...) (Duration: 4:12 minutes) (Rating: 3.5/5) Playback: Karthik infuses freshness into the song with his rendition. Suchitra does not seem an apt choice. Her stress and vocalization of certain syllables does not seem appropriate for the song. Both singers are flawed at more than a few places. (The rating for this song suffers from these mispronunciations.) Mispronunciations (by both singers): ko TTalaa (Was it supposed to be koTTElaa or koTTi alaa?), jOrE(sung with the wrong ja, a taalavyam instead of a dantyam), chooDanandO & choostunTE (both words sung with the wrong cha, a taalavyam instead of a dantyam), ve llivirise (sung veLLi-virise sounding like two different words meaning "went and blossomed"!), vayasuvaa Ni (sung vayasuvaaNNi changing the meaning totally!), and so on. Lyric: The song seems to indicate a 10-day parting between the lead pair during which time love blossoms. (Observe the wordplay on the word "padi"). Reference to haikus and naaniilu in the lyric is appreciable; "chinni chinni kavitalunna pustakamlaa..." may seem redundant in a way but could be seen as setting the stage for these references. The line "ninnu ma~ravaDam marchipOyaa!" is as expressive as the tone of the song can get. Tune/Interlude/BGM: The tune seems very familiar, but there's an air of freshness associated with it still and it cathces up with just a few times of listening. The beat seems oft-repeated. Violin in the interlude, and in the BGM, is impressive. 3. Love, love, love... (Happy, happy heart attack-E love!) (Duration: 2:04 minutes) (Rating: 3.0/5) Playback: Siddharth starts off alone but croons along with chorus voices for most of the song that follows. Lyric: Celebrating the feeling of love, the lyric uses cricket as a backdrop for one of the stanzas (probably thematically). "aalOchanalE peelistE... oopiritO pani lEdu" is one of the notable expressions in this bit song. Tune/Interlude/BGM: The interlude is synthesized well. The "yapping" could have been more in the background than occupying the foreground at times. The tune is okay but not quite catchy or hummable, making this more of a play-and-go kind of song. 4. havvaa havvaa havvaa havvaa havvaarE! (mElukOraa, mElukOraa...) (Duration: 3:04 minutes) (Rating: 3.0/5) Playback: Thaman is okay as the singer here. He has his share of mispronunciation too, in such words as "baaram" (instead of "bhaaram", twice), using the taalavya cha instead of dantya cha in words like man chuand chakkerakELi. The female singer(s) is (are) not credited. Lyric: The lyric points "che~rigipOye manchu te~ra" signalling the dawn of love, but seems to also hints of other shades of love. "prEmaki too~rupu tappa teliyadu paDama~ra" is a beautiful expression hidden behind a BGM. Tune/Interlude/BGM: The song starts off with a hint of catchiness but that's lost somewhere down the way as the song proceeds into the pallavi that's composed of short lines. The beat is okay. On the whole, the song seems somewhat out of place in the album. The music does not have the same urge or spirit as the lyric "mElukOraa, mElukOraa!". 5. paatikELLU vyarthamEnaa! (intezaar-E intezaar-E...) (Duration: 4:12 minutes) (Rating: 3.75/5) Playback: The same comments as those for song #2, including the mispronunciations, suit this song too. Lyric: The same lyric as song #2, cleverly written to suit possibly an altogether different mood this time, is impressive thus as a male solo reprise. (Observe how the "binduvalle unna nannu jallu laagaa maarchinaavE!" or "~rEpu anna bhaavamanta maayamaindO!" could be interpreted if this one is assumed to be a pathos number after the protagonist's lady love has bade a farewell to his life.) If this song is a pathos number as it may seem, the reference "ee padi rOjulu" may not be really justified this time (or will it be, again)?

SMS - Movie Review

Shiva (Sudhir), a professional courier boy, falls for the charms of Shruti (Regina), a Radio Jockey. He proposes her and tries hard to impress her but she doesn't respond initially. When she finally falls for him, he breaks her heart with his wayward attitude. And their love-hate relationship continues.. Analysis S M S (Siva Manasulo Shruthi) is a debut vehicle for Sudhir Babu, brother-in-law of superstar Mahesh Babu. Directed by Tatineni Satya (who made debut with Bhimlee Kabaddi Jattu), SMS is based on a Tamil hit - Siva Manasula Sakthi. The film has a wafer-thin script, so it completely hinges on comedy that thankfully evokes good laughter to some extent. Several scenes are copied from films like Chalte Chalte and Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, but the film entertains well in the first half of the movie. Second half goes helter-skelter but finally ends on a good note. Basic problem with the movie is that it has no major conflict. Like Ala Modalaindi, the film puts more stress on romantic incidents and ego clashes. On the whole, the film is good in parts. Performances For a debutant Sudhir Babu has come up with decent performance. He is good at dances and he impresses in songs. He seems to have followed Nani's style of dialogue delivery that Nani used in Ala Modalaindi. But Sudhir needs to work on his diction and expressions. New actress Regina looks like a girl-next-door and carries her role very well and she also has acting skills. She is good find. The guy ( Chanti) who played the role of Sudhir's friend provides some good comedy. Vennela Kishore excels in his brief role. Rohini as a hero's mother has gone overboard.  Priyanka as Sudhir's sister is pretty. Among the technicians, dialogue writer Nandyala Ravishines. In a film where actors converse more, he has come up with good writing though much of the dialogues are filled with prasa (rhyme). Cinematography is decent. Selva Ganesh’s two songs are catchy.  Production values are good. Tatineni Satya has tried to localize the content but scenes like heroine entering into a local wine shop still have the touch of Tamil movies. His screenplay is not taut. Bottom-line Good dialogues and some laughs, Sudhir Babu's dances and heroine Regina are plus points of this romantic entertainer. SMS is a time pass film. Rating: 3/5

What's it about!

Widower Subbu aka Subramaniam (Prakash Raj) is middle-class government employee with two young children. Life is a struggle for him as he has to pay for their study. Not only is he a hard working father but also takes care of them like their mother would have. Elder son Karthik is interested in cricket than studies. Subbu wants him to excel in studies and achieve something in life. Contrary to Subbu’s dreams Karthik hopes to become a great cricketer like Dhoni, whom he idolizes. Karthik’s coach (Nassar) notices that this student will surely become an ace cricketer someday. Karthik has added pressure from the school principal who wants 100 per cent result. He even threatens Karthik that he would be thrown out of the school in case of failure. The film then takes a series of dramatic twists and turns.

Analysis
What’s more important curriculum or a child’s interest? Is excelling in all subjects the only mantra for students?

Prakash Raj's directorial venture, Dhoni, questions all these and more. It is a well-intended film that deals with this topical issue. Taking basic story from a Marathi film ' Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho' written by Mahesh Manjrekar, Prakash Raj along with his writers has weaved a beautiful script that attacks the current education system which burdens the child.

The film starts off with a scene in which Prakash Raj lands in a prison that creates interest. The first half of the movie focuses on the struggles of a middle class widower working on a meager government salary and the life of Nalini (played beautifully by Radhika Apte) who serves as a mistress to a goon and leads a happy perfect normal life in a middle-class colony. Second half of the movie delves more into the topical issue of education system.

While the first half of the movie has many engrossing moments, the movie loses tempo towards the climax with unconvincing scenes like Prakash Raj meeting a Chief Minister and having a lengthy preachy argument. On the whole, the film has meaningful moments with a subject that everyone can relate to. And the best part is Prakash Raj has not fallen into the commercial trappings.

Performance

Prakash Raj is brilliant actor and he proves it once again. He carries the film with his compassionate performance. He also has put on weight to look a like a middle-class widower. As a director he has shown his skills. Deft handling of scenes like Radhika Apte telling her story post the interval and pre-interval sequences make him a good director.


Akash as a kid obsessed with cricket comes up with engrossing performance. The other child Sree Teja is a neat performer. Radhika Apte speaks little but express through her eyes. Her role is etched out well and she does it perfectly. Brahmanandam, Gollapudi and Murali Sharma are excellent too. Prabhu Deva appears in a song that is told in a director's point of view.

Among the technicians, maestro Ilayaraja work stands out. His background score has elevated many poignant moments. Among his songs - Mattiloni Chettu and Gayam Tagili are the best.
Cinematographer Guhan's beautiful camera work doesn't make you feel that it is shot in limited locations. His work gels with the subject. Editor Kishore should have shortened the film especially the verbose scenes towards the climax.

Bottom-line

Dhoni is a poignant film about the parent and children, the flawed education system that exhausts the children by putting pressures than providing the exhaustive learning process. Despite some melodrama and pretty ordinary penultimate scenes, it is a good film sans 'commercial elements'.

I was expecting that Shankar would show a big change in the portrayal. But, this is a shot-by-shot, angle-by-angle remake of 3I. This does not
fit a director of Shankar's calibre, but after a point in the movie you dont tend to complain simply because Classic movies offer very limited
scope to change. As an entertainer, the movie scores in an outstanding way. Despite having watched Hindi version atleast 5 times, I did not find Snehithudu to be slow or dull.

Most dialogues were translation of Hindi dialogues. But, a great job in getting them to the local feel. Especially, College Day speech by
Sathyan and Interview acting by Jiiva had the same impact with powerful dialogues.

Performances -
Vijay did a good job. However his looks was not favoring him with a college-guy look which the script demands in few scenes. But, Audience hangover with Aamir Khan might also be a reason. Jiiva, Sathyaraj and Sathyan were stunners. This is not only Vijay's best, this is Jiiva's best so far too. Among the major roles,
Srikanth and Illeana are so-so. Srikanth is sluggish, Illeana lacks freshness but is okay acting wise. Among the minor roles, Vasanth Vijay did not do justice to the role. SJ Suryah was just okay.


Technical Performances -

Direction and Screenplay offers less to review since it is scene by scene repeat of Hindi version. Dialogues were good in most places, great in rest of the places. Cinematography is good. In the music department, BGM which was heart of Hindi version worked out well here also.The college BGM was funky and cool. Some of the emotional BGMs worked very well too. But, I definitely have some complaints on the songs.


'Mana Friendalle' does not give the same searching feeling of 'Behti Hawaa' song. There should have been a sober feeling in the song, dont
know why Shankar wanted it this way. Same complaint on 'Jaane Nahin's equivalent 'Nee Vupiri Ne Sonthama' only in the beginning portion. There used to
be a silence in the beginning moments that used to add weightage to the emotional setup. In Telugu, the song starts with a bang as soon as the
guy drops down. There were very few glitches in direction which may go unnoticed and hence I would not make a big issue out of it as it is a remake


In the first half, 3 Idiots comes to your mind every now and then disturbing you.But in the second half, you will be completely absorbed into the movie.

Bodyguard Movie Review

Behind the Movie Bodyguard: Victory Venkatesh is known for family entertainers has come after a good gap with this flick directed by Gopichand Malineni. Popular Producer Bellamkonda Suresh making the film with added attractions in the form of Trisha, Saloni and a proven script in hands; let us see how far Venky succeeded in taking the Sankranti guard?

In the Movie Bodyguard: Movie begins with childhood of Venkatadri and his family saved from an accident by Varada Rajulu Naidu (Prakashraj). From that moment, Venkatadri (Venkatesh) develops great respect for Varada Rajulu and grows up to become a tough Bodyguard in their uncle (Tanikella)’s Tiger Security Company. To teach good morals in leading a quality life, uncle sends Venkatadri as Government appointed Bodyguard to the family of Varada Rajulu and his daughter Keerthi (Trisha) who have threat from rival group of Siva Reddy (Kota) in the town of Jammala Madugu.

Venkatadri even accompanies Keerthi (Trisha) and her friend Swathi (Saloni) to the college for security reasons. Being a sincere officer, his tight security measures irritate Keerthi. In order to divert from duties, she calls Venkatadri from a private phone number and makes him fall in love. The plan which starts off as a casual laughter turns very serious and both develop affection towards each other. By the time Keerthi falls totally flat for Venkatadri, her marriage comes on cards with Bava (Subba Raju).

How did rival group of Siva Reddy react and what kind of twist did Venkatadri, Keerthi and Swathi get in their lives when Varada Rajulu Naidu gets aware of entire story, form the rest.

Values of the Movie Bodyguard: Same story penned by Siddique had a super hit run in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi. Now, when it comes to Telugu…director Gopichand has necessarily made enough changes to suit the style of Venkatesh. Yet, sincerely speaking film troubles you with slow and boring narration many a times. Script should have been still stiffer in order not to leave any setback in storytelling. Direction wise, Gopichand has shown the mark in dealing with comedy, action, mass elements and to some extent in running the drama. Editing by Goutham Raju should have been better in second half. Cinematography of Sam K Naidu is glittery. Music by Thaman is good both for songs and background. Dialogues by Kona Venkat are partially best. Production values of Bellamkonda are flawless.

Performance wise, Venkatesh is extra ordinary and not an exaggeration that he was best among all the Bodyguards released till now. His change over from strict, professional bodyguard to a dedicated lover is awesome. There are numerous situations where his brand mannerisms are highlighted to bring cheers on the faces of Fans. Trisha is fine showing a strong control. Saloni too did her job. Prakashraj is regular while Kota, Subba Raju, Shravan are brief. Comedy by Ali as Bapatla, Jayaprakash Reddy as College Principal, Venu Madhav as student Cash Reddy and Dharmavarapu worked well.

Out of the Movie Bodyguard: Best quality of director Gopichand that made this film a true family entertainer is balance in composition of comedy, action in first half and drama, sentiment in second half although there is slight a bit of lag in narration. Climax has been dealt typically without missing the basic essence present in original script of Siddique.

Undoubtedly strength of Venkatesh lies in families and ladies. This is the area where Bellamkonda has targeted the film and ‘Bodyguard’ might attract the needful attention from this section of audience. A crisp editing in second half could have got still more a better product. Twisty climax is the very lifeline and strong point of film. Thanks that Gopichand hasn’t experimented anything out of the box. More than all, he has well utilized the presence of lead artists Venkatesh and Trisha who delivered fine performances. If you are looking for a formula based, well composed family movie for Sankranti this film would definitely cater you. Commercially ‘Bodyguard’ might have a safe run at BO without any hiccups.

Businessman Movie Review new...

Behind The Movie Businessman: Prince Mahesh is fresh from industry hit ‘Dookudu’ and Puri Jagannath requiring the hit of same scale immediately to bring his career on success track. Thus came the ‘Businessman’ amidst heavy expectations. Let us see, what is this business all about?

In the Movie Businessman: Surya (Mahesh Babu) lands in Mumbai with only aim of Power to Rule. Around the same time Police Commissioner Ajay Bharadwaj (Naazar) proudly announces that Mumbai is free of ‘Bhai’ and their Mafia. Along with friend (Brahmaji), here is Suriya begins the journey by recruiting jobless Mafia workers and gives them work to reinvent Underworld Mafia in new style. Not to find any menace from Police, the master Surya traps Chitra (Kajal Agarwal), daughter of Police Commissioner in his love. Finally, what is the motive of Surya to run Mafia like a Business by establishing centers in the name of Surya Exports & Imports in each and every major city? Who is Surya and what is his connection with Prime Minister aspiring politician Ghanapuleti Jayadev (Prakashraj)? These elements form the rest of climax.

Values of the Movie Businessman: The most invaluable asset for entire film is one and only Mahesh Babu. Although director Puri Jagannath could not come out of his vicious Mafia snare, presence of Mahesh makes the film better. Especially dialogues from Puri were filled with Intellectual Punch (something like Trivikram). Taking wise, Puri maintained a standard temp through out. Script wise, loop holes were many as this is purely an ‘Eccentric Hero Centric’ story. Kajal is an eye delight while her character hasn’t got any chance to perform much. Prakashraj is regular with Subbaraju. Comedy by Dharmavarapu has well supported the timing of Mahesh. Naazar, Sayaji Shinde, Brahmaji, Sanjay Swarup, Raza Murad etc were okay.

Technically speaking, for the first time Puri filled too much of bizarreness in designing the characterization of hero. While the dashing narration with sustaining action filled excitement was big plus, it’s the lack of comedy and a goal less script deterred the final output to an extent. Music by Thaman was rocking in background, canning of ‘Sir Osthaarosthaara’ and ‘Chao Pilla’ songs were much below the required excellence. Cinematography by Sam K Naidu and Editing by Sekhar with sharp cuts were traditional Puri styled. Production values of RR Movie makers were high.

Out of the Movie Businessman: Any movie will have a central theme and plot, characters travel towards that. This is where strength of script lies in. Puri missed the basic logic in this aspect. However Puri has come out of many previous mistakes but treatment of Mafia isn’t impressive. Too many cinematic liberties, defying logics and mindless scenes may not be liked intelligent audience. Extreme violence in crisp climax isn’t good. Purposeless scenes added as patch ups isn’t real or true form of Puri. Although he cooked up a film portraying Mahesh Babu as evolving or an evolved Super Star for his Fans, what about common audience? The sudden change of behavior in Mahesh Babu isn’t that easily digestive. In simple, ‘Businessman’ stands only for heroism of Mahesh and nothing more. Romantic thread weaved between hero and heroine didn’t work.

Openings wise, ‘Businessman’ might create new records due to highest number of theatres booked. Maintaining a positive mouth talk through out first week might be a tough task before ‘Businessman’ because of ‘Bodyguard’ releasing tomorrow. As this Pongal season isn’t filled with crowd of releases, one has to wait and see how far Mahesh will stick to BO.

One strong finding by common audience is, ‘Dookudu’ was a major hit because of calculated dosages of Comedy, Action, Heroism, Music, Drama and Sentiment while ‘Businessman’ is lopsided in this ingredient mixture resulting in an average product seen on the screen. This is altogether a big transition for Prince too.

Vikram and Deeksha Seth New Telugu Film Veedinthe Movie Review:

Well it seems to be this film gaved some of the joy for vikram when compared to his last film. Even though its a big blockbuster but it is a nice film.

Story:
Veedinthe story revolves around the issue of land grabbing. Vikram is a Gym instructor and want's to become a villain in films. Deeksha Seth works in IT company. Vikram fall in love with Deeksha Seth. Pradeep Rawat is a villain and grab lands from innocent people. One day Pradeep Rawat grabs land from K Viswanath. Rest of the story revolves around how Vikram win over Pradeep Rawat? Who is K Viswanath? What happens to the love story with Deeksha Seth?

Artist Performance:
Vikram powerful performance is highlight in the movie. He is apt at his role. He did best in entertaining audience. His action, dances, dialogues, comedy etc is at his best and definitely will get applause from audience. Deeksha Seth has good screen presence as Vikrams love interest. She is gorgeous in songs and few scenes. Pradeep Rawat is at his best. K Viswanath's character is important in the movie and he has done good job. Thambi Ramaiah and Mayilsami is good in their roles.

Technical and other Departments:
Director Suseenthiran has done good job. The way he narrated the script is excellent. The way the action sequences were shot is terrific. Yuvan Shankar Raja music is another highlight in the movie. The music composed to the songs are well pictured. Especially, the background score is fantastic. The cinematography by R. Madhi and Editing by Mu. Kasi Viswanathan is good.

Analysis:
As such, the film doesn't have anything novel or creative but it is the way the film has been packaged and the performances that add great strength. While the first half goes about on a lighter mode with elements of comedy, romance and action, it is the second half that gets serious with various twists. Overall, this is a film which is meant for time pass entertainment and masala for two and half hours. At the box office, the film would require strong publicity to pull the crowds to the theatres.

Final View:
An action drama. Could appeal the masses

First Day First Show Updates - Business Man

Synopsis: Surya is aimless young lad who comes to Mumbai to become a mafia don. He falls for the local police commisioner (Nasser)'s daughter Chitra (Kajal) at first sight. There he runs in to shiyaji Shinde and Prakash Raj. Then the movie takes interesting turns and the rest of the story is all about whether Surya becomes Surya bhai or not.

How they performed?:

Mahesh Babu : Mahesh Babu suited very well to the role of Surya and he performed it with much ease.He had come up with some fantastic performance yet again after Dookudu, his comedy timing and dialogue modulation is improving a lot film after film.If any body could do perfect justice to Puri Jagannath's hero characterization, it is undoubtedly Mahesh Babu.

Kajal Agarwal : Kajal is entirely used for the skin show in the movie especially in Sir Ostharosthara. She had delivered a matured performance in Mr.Perfect but in this movie her acting skills are par below average.

Shiyaji Shinde as politician and Prakash Raj as goon are good in their usual tailor made characters. Shwetha Bhardwaj is a good replacement to Mumaith khan in Bad boyz song.

Music:
All the songs are already chart busters and are well picturized. Thaman's Back ground music is too good.

Cinematography: Excellent

Story-Screenplay and direction :
As every Puri Jagan movie, The story of this movie is also not great but is interesting due to the excellent hero characterization, dialogues. Puri rectified many of his mistake from his earlier movies


Final Word:
Business Man is a pakka Puri Jagannath movie.As always it is beyond telling the story and reviewing the movie. The movie has to be watched and enjoyed. Surya Bhai is shown as the representation of present day awara youth and masses will go frenzy with him. A little more clarity in the second would be more admirable. Watch it!
