| Tollywood is going places. The biggies wan to get what they want. At least that is how things look like. After Mahesh Babu desirability rating soared to fifth position in the country, many notches higher than any one in South near to him, he and his fans must be very proud and quite reasonably. Latest buzz is that Mahesh Babu has hired an expert who trained Hollywood celebrity hero Brad Pitt who is among the top five heroes for quite some time. The reason is simple. Mahesh was asked to do a shirtless scene in his upcoming film with Sukumar. What made the Gattamaneni boy to accept the offer , the buzz doing the rounds is that he spending a good amount to get the trainer and tone up his body for public view. |
Janaki Recovering

| One of the all time great singers of South India, S.Janaki, accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and was sustained with injuries on head. The incident occurred in a hotel in Tirupathi. She was rushed to SVIMS hospital. According to her son Murali Krishna, she is now getting recovered well. In fact, S.Janaki came to Tirupathi to attend a felicitation. Hope, she gets well soon. |
'Gang Leader' then-'Rachcha' now

| It seems there are many similarities between Chiranjeevi's 'Gang Leader' and Ram Charan's 'Rachcha'. The most popular rain song 'Vana Vana Velluvaye' song is picturized in both the movies. Chiranjeevi was seen in rugged look through his rough beard in 'Gang Leader'. Ram Charan also is seen with rough beard in 'Rachcha' which gives him stylish look like Chiranjeevi's in 'Gang Leader'. And now, one more similarity is going to be seen between 'Gang Leader' and 'Rachcha'. 'Gang Leader's' 100 days public function was held in Kurnool and Vijayawasda cities on the same day, amidst huge turn outs. Now, 'Rachcha's' audio release function is also being planned in Kurnool city as a public function. This function is likely to be held on either 20th or 26th of this month. The movie is slated for release on 29th March. Mega fans are hoping that 'Rachcha' will also become an industry hit like 'Gang Leader', to add another similarity of both the movies. Let us hope so. |

Similarities Between 'BM' and 'Adurs'

| young tiger ntr's 'Adurs' movie was released on 13th January, 2010. The movie received mixed talk on its first day. Everybody thought that the movie would taste flop result at the box office. However, the movie survived strangely at the box office only because of its first two weeks collections. Releasing the movie in maximum number of centers, maintaining flat rate tickets were said to be the factors for the movie to get break even. In East Godavari District, the movie collected an all time record first week share of Rs.1.35 crores, which is almost 40 lakhs more than that of 'Magadhera's first week share. Finally, the movie stood at above average status at the box office. However, the movie had to taste flop result in Nizam area due to Telangana movement. On 13th January, the same date that 'Adurs' was released two years ago, Prince Mahesh Babu's 'Businessman' was released. This movie also received mixed response like 'Adurs'. However, due to the festive season and releasing the movie in maximum number of centers, the movie could survive at the box office safely. However, the movie had to taste flop result in Overseas area and in Ceded too, the collections are not that much encouraging. Currently, NTR's fans are comparing 'Businessman' to 'Adurs' movie and are stating that both the movies fall under the same category of results. |
'Kochadaiyaan' becomes 'Khadga Rudra'?

| super star rajini kanth's 'Kochadaiyaan' movie's regular shoot will be started from 15th of this month. Rajini Kanth's daughter Soundarya Ashwin is making this movie in a 3D format. Katrina Kaif will play the female lead of the movie, while Sneha will be seen as the sister of Rajini. 'Motion Picture Capturing Technology' will be used for this movie, that was used by James Cameron in his 'Avatar'. A.R.Rehaman is rendering the music. As per the latest grapevine, it is learnt that R.R.Movie Makers is trying to get the movie's dubbing rights for A.P. The title of this movie's Telugu version is being considered as 'Khadga Rudra'. Eros International is producing this movie. This movie is expected to be released in the month of August. |

Co-incidentally, another star hero from Mega compound, Allu Arjun's latest movie's shoot is also going on at Ramoji Film City. A Dargah set has been erected for this schedule and some important scenes are being filmed now. Ileana is doing female lead of this movie. Trivikram is directing it. D.V.V.Danayya is the producer. Murugadoss Plans a Short Film
Blame in on the federation strike as the deadlock still prevails between the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI), and Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC). Meanwhile, to keep himself busy and charged up, filmmaker A R Murugadoss is planning a make a short film of 10 min duration and roll out in the Internet. This short film will be on a teenage love story. "When I was walking back to my house compound, I saw a couple of teenagers talking to each other. It struck me instantly that I could do a short 10-minute film exploring the love life between a school boy and girl. But, I'm yet to get proper students who'd be apt to essay the story I've in mind. If I get them soon, I'll go ahead and do it," said Murugodoss. The director is currently shooting for ‘Thuppaki’ starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay.
Prabhas Aspires to Play Indrajith
Young rebel star and Tollywood’s handsome hunk Prabhas perhaps has everything needed for a mythological role. His macho look coupled with grace makes him one of the best options for playing famous mythological personalities. Yes! We’re talking about Prabhas essaying the role of Indrajith, son of Ravana, a young warrior with magical powers of invisibility. The buzz is that Prabhas has expressed interest to play Indrajith character wherein Mohan Babu plays Ravana. However, Prabhas has also committed to do a socio-fantasy film with Rajamouli and this has put him in a fix.
Mohan Babu earlier shared screen space with Jr. NTR in a socio-fantasy film ‘Yamadonga’ where the former played ‘Yama’ while the latter essayed ‘Young Yama’. Freshly, Mohan Babu camp is contemplating to rope in Prabhas for Indrajith but it all depends on Prabhas’ since he’s already experimenting with Rajamouli for a socio-fantasy film. Nevertheless, Mohan Babu and Prabhas form a formidable combo if both are sharing the screen space for the second time – just like we saw in ‘Bujjigadu’. But it’ll be interesting to see how Prabhas delivers his mystic dialogues – a challenging task however.
Actress Ileana is back in Controversy
Goan beauty Ileana is back hitting the headlines once again for wrong reasons as another controversy plagues the actress. A producer Mohan Natarajan has complained against Ileana that the actress has not returned the advance she took from him. Mohan claims that he gave her an advance of Rs 40 lakhs for a film starring Vikram but later the movie took a different shape and Ileana was not part of it. However, the leggy lasso is yet to return the producer’s advance and Mohan has filed a complaint with the Producers Council seeking immediate action. Remember, even Tollywood producer Ashwini Dutt sometime back complained against Ileana for not participating in the film’s promotional campaigns after charging huge bucks.
Nandamuri Balakrishna is now CM
Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s new movie could be titled CM (Common Man) and this is the latest buzz to hit the marquee. Sources say that Balakrishna’s next film could be titled CM (Common Man) and this title has been under consideration given Balayya’s active participation in politics. Krishna Vamsi is likely to direct Balakrishna for the first time and YVS Chowdary might produce it. The talks are currently in progress as we await the official confirmation if all goes well. Balayya is currently shooting for Adhinayakudu and playing a meaty role in Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara.
Kareena Kapoor Hot with Arjun Rampal
Bollywood hottie Kareena Kapoor and handsome hunk Arjun Rampal are all game for a steamy scene in their upcoming movie ‘Heroine’. Sources say that the film director Madhur Bahandarkar has planned for a between-the-sheets scene on Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. Apparently, Kareena had refrained from performing intimate scenes on the silver screen and the last time Kareena did a hot scene was opposite her beau Saif Ali Khan in ‘Kurbaan’.
However, Kareena has decided to go against her decision and is expected to bed her co-star for a steamy scene in the movie ‘Heroine’. The crew has booked a suburban 5 star hotel to shoot this hot scene in which, Kareena starts off with smoking, drinking and eventually ends up in bed with Rampal. It was also reported that only three members would be part of shooting that raunchy sequence.
Daggubati Rana Goes Shirtless for KVJ
Lanky lad Daggubati Rana said that he’s all game to go shirtless for his upcoming films. Days after we heard that Prince Mahesh Babu would rip off his shirt in his upcoming film directed by Sukumar, Daggubati Rana freshly said that even he’s geared for the shirtless show in his forthcoming flick Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum. “Yes, I’m ready to go shirtless and that’s exactly I’m working towards. I’m undergoing a special fitness session under the supervision of a body builder who won a medal at the recent Mr India competitions. My daily morning gym session with him starts at 5.30 and I have a workout session with him in the evening too. I am ready to unveil myself, muscles and all,” said Rana.
Gabbar Singh Teaser Trailer on Feb 20
Gabbar Singh trailer: Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh movie first teaser trailer will be out on February 20. Earlier, Gabbar Singh’s teaser was planned to roll out on Feb 14 but now the makers have planned to release the trailer on Feb 20 on the occasion of Sivarathri. Gabbar Singh’s shooting is currently taking place at Ramoji Film City and the unit is shooting climax fight scenes on Pawan Kalyan. The crew will fly to France this month to shoot a duet on Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan in Paris. Director Harish Shankar has already elevated the expectations of this Bollywood blockbuster remake (Dabangg). And producer Ganesh Babu is putting everything into the making to release the film on April 27 release.
Deeksha Seth Says No to Bollywood
Tollywood actress Deeksha Seth is quite contented basking on her current glory on being called as Tollywood’s new hot babe. Deeksha Seth is currently working on three Telugu films – Ravi Teja’s ‘Nippu’, Manchu Manoj’s ‘Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara’ and Prabhas’ ‘Rebel’. Also, the sexy babe is being considered for few Tamil and Kannada movies. Top production houses are signing the leggy lass in their next big ticket films, but if you ask Deeksha Seth on her Bollywood entry, the actress says that her priority is currently Tollywood and not shifting focus at this stage. “I’m concentrating on Tollywood and other southern languages and I’m happy to do so for the time being”, says the sexy actress.
