Hat Trick Hero Fails to Ignite BO

Though belonged to Tamil origin, hero Karthi like his brother Suriya is gifted with strong Fan following here in Telugu too. Scoring a good hat trick in Telugu with ‘Yuganiki Okkadu, Awara and Naa Peru Siva,’ his one more flick ‘malli gadu’ is released last week which is of course his debut project in Tamil titled as ‘Paruththiveeran.’ It’s the same film which helped Priyamani to win National Award in Best Actress category.  Unfortunately critic reports on the film are positive but collections wise, there seems to be little disappointing figures reported primarily from middle and lower class centers. While the above mentioned three flicks are a good mix of intense emotion along with commercial elements, ‘malli gadu’ lacked in commercial focus. Performances by Karthi, Priyamani and the country side nativity selected are heart rendering yet this film is declared of failing to ignite the BO. Nevertheless director Ameer’s wonderful efforts, superb cinematography are big plus for the film.

A Promising Treat for NTR Fans

Everything is set for a big release of Junior NTR’s upcoming flick ‘dammu’ which by all sorts is going to be a special flick in the career of director Boyapati Srinu. Film has enormous glamour in the form of Trisha, Karthika acting for first time besides Tarak and one can have a summer feast of this combination in April. In fact, Boyapati Srinu is the only director besides SS Rajamouli to have a 100% success track record in Tollywood. Ask him about highlights of ‘dammu’ and he says, ‘this film is not a path breaking one. This is a very regular film made in my style. NTR Fans can expect fire works from their hero and I can promise a definite treat to watch for.’ Let us see, when will an official release date of ‘dammu’ be announced?

Other heroine in the film is Vimala Raman, produced by Vamsi Krishna Srinivas under the SVK cinema banner. Actually ‘Nuvva Nena’ is a remake of Bollywood film ‘Deewana Mastana.’

A song picturized on Swetha where she stimulates men with her aphrodisiac dances pulling one by one into bed room portrayed the high sexual potentiality of sex workers in those times. Revitalizing the hormones and energy after each ejaculation is an art which prostitutes in historical period practiced as a profession. He is a thorough professional. So, I struck to my natural instincts getting in to the character while PC Sir has gone with his best work. He knows that offering any kind of tips on the sets will only reduce the overall charm of a scene,’ said Nithya who seems to indirectly give only half of credits to PC and one more half for self.

Release Problems for Rajasekhar's Films

Dr.rajasekhar, who is known for his angry young man roles is facing hardships in his professional career now. Despite having three movies in hand like, 'Mahankali', 'Arjuna' and 'Monarch' ,none of these movies has motivated the buyers to buy the movies rights, as it seems. Long back, the audio of the movie 'Mahankali' was released. Jeevitha has directed this movie. However, the movie has not released yet. His 'Arjuna's shoot was started some days ago in the direction of Tamil director Kanmani. But no news of this project is heard. rajasekhar's new movie 'Monarch' was launched on 3rd March. This movie will be directed by Amma rajasekhar. The director said that he had been preparing the script of this movie for five years. According to him, the screen play of this movie will be innovative. Hope, hero rajasekhar will be back with a bang with the above three movies.

Nag showing miracles in Kulu Manali

King nagarjuna’s flexibility in dealing with any kind of character is to come on fore one more time with the film ‘Shirdi Sai Baba.’ After the successful ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Sri Rama Dasu,’ here comes director K. Raghavendra Rao to spread the devotion with this project. Although Shirdi is an arid place, so is the region from which Sai Baba hails. However, nagarjuna is now on as shooting a schedule in Kulu Manali where unit is shooting important scenes. Earlier the movie has completed first schedule in Badami, Karnataka. Story by Bhakta Suresh Kumar revolves around critical stages of Baba life and miracles shown by him. Adding more of the dedication is dialogues by Paruchuri Brothers, music by M M Keeravaani, lyrics by Veda Vyas and Chandra Bose.

Balayya C.M.; Jr. Ntr M.L.A. !

Although, Y.V.S.Chowdary condemned that he would do a movie, that is named 'C.M.'(Common Man),with Balakrishna as a hero, nobody is in a position to believe in the words of yvs chowdary, since internal sources say this project is likely to start after a gap of some days. So, it is understood that we can see Balayya as a CM in a couple of days. If Balayya is the C.M., what would be the position of his son Jr.NTR? Obviously, an M.L.A. Yes, we are going to see Jr.NTR as MLA(Manchi Lakshanalukala Abbayi) in the direction of Harish Shankar. It is reportedly known that NTR has okayed the script of this project. Nallamalupu Bujji will produce this movie. This movie is likely to go to floors only after the completion of NTR's 'Badshah'.

SVSC to Become Gudumba Shankar?

Did you remember the movie 'gudumba shankar' which starrer Pawan Kalyan and Meera Jasmine? Although the movie had superb songs and good comedy in second half, the movie settled as the below average grosser at the box office as the first half of the movie was filled with vulgar scenes. Prakash Raj was earlier taken for this movie, to play a role of comic villain. However, he was not punctual to be on the sets of the movie. Furious Pawan was said to have recommended the producer Nagababu to change the actor and subsequently, Ashish Vidhyarthi was roped in to play the role of comic villain.  And now, Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh starrer, 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' movie is also facing the shooting problems as Prakash Raj left the project all of a sudden. Currently, producer Dil Raju is in search for another character actor to play the role of Mahesh's father. On the other hand, fans of other heroes have already started commenting that SVSC's fate is also going to be that of  'gudumba shankar's'.

While parents of Sai claim of conspiracy behind their son’s death, Chennai Cops are investigating. Pandyan, father of Sai said, ‘alphonsa and her brother Robert are harassing my son for investing money into a film called ‘Sangu.’ They have killed my son and are trying to put a show in the name suicide.’ Let us see…what will happen to alphonsa now?

As per inner reports, producers of ‘rachcha’ are sitting happy with table profits after investing nearly Rs.30 Crores on film and in parallel completed the business of all the areas except Nizam for Rs.32 Crores which means makers are already safe enjoying the profit in the form of Nizam + 2 Crores liquid cash. On the other side, Junior NTR’s ‘Dammu’ pre-release business is reported of closed at nearly Rs.40 Crores. Problem for ‘Dammu’ is the high investment which is said to be somewhere near to Rs.38 Crores. Wish that, both NTR and Charan storm the BO to re-approve the stamina of Telugu cinema.
