Raviteja's Flop Flick goes to Tamil

‘veera’ gave a dismal result for Raviteja. Directed by Ramesh Varma as a mass entertainer with hot babes Kajal Agarwal and Tapsee in female leads, movie is declared as a flop. Now, the same is going to Kollywood with the title of ‘veeraiah’ and this will be a dubbed version. In fact, both Kajal and Tapsee are popular faces while Raviteja too has some sort of following. The name of music director Thaman also sells in Tamil Nadu because he has good musical hits to credit in last two years. If promoted more by the faces of two heroines and their ample skin show, we can expect some sort of commercial work out in Tamil for this ‘veeraiah.’ When we have seen good examples of Tamil flop films doing tremendous business in Tollywood, trying the opposite way is even a good idea. Audio fo 'veeraiah' is released in this week and movie will have a June release.

Manchu Manoj's Poor Selection of Scripts

Manchu manoj, the second son of Mohan Babu has proved himself that he is one of the most energetic heroes of tollywood. He is good at dances and fights.Although, his brother Manchu Vishnu has at least one super hit in his career in the form of 'Dhee', manoj still lags behind in delivering such resounding success.  As of now, ten movies of manoj have been released.Among those movies, 'Bindaas' is the only fulfledged small hit in his career. His latest offering 'Mr.Nookayya' was released on 8th March and the final result of this movie is still awaited. However, manoj's fans are complaining that he has a bad taste of selecting scripts. They are hoping that he should be careful in selecting good scripts so that they pave the way for getting him into success track. Currently, he is doing 'Oo Kodathara..Vulikki Padathara'. Balakrishna will appear in a special role in this flick.

SRR Producer Furious on National Awards

It is a known news that no Telugu movie has got National Award for this year. Obviously, this situation made some of serious aspirants of the award to get furious with the awards committee. The first man who expressed his deep concern over this issue is none other than Yalamanchili Saibabu, the producer of 'Sri Ramarajyam'. Talking to a T.V.Channel he suspected, whether the committee forgot the name of our state to announce any award.  He also slammed those MPs who had not recommended our movies for awards.  On the other hand, some of the critics are saying that, before criticizing the National Awards Committee, we have to introspect the transparency of State Awards Committees. According to them, politics and money are the major factors which influence in announcing the state awards. Alphonsa's Suspicious Towel Act

The mysterious death of actress alphonsa’s live-in partner Vinod Kumar and her suicide attempt was sensational through out South India. As of now, alphonsa is recovering at a city hospital near Vadapalani while police are waiting for her discharge to start their interrogation. On the other side, Vinod’s parents are accusing alphonsa of killing their son and she is putting up an acting performance to divert the death as a suicide. Reports say that, alphonsa was wrapped in a towel calling the neighbors and security guard of her apartment as soon as she has seen Vinod hanging from ceiling. ‘Why is alphonsa wearing just a towel around her? She should have at least changed the dress before calling others for assistance. This is clear indication of she was just acting out her part by running out of the house with a towel because she has murdered him and then made him hang,’ suspects one of alphonsa’s relatives. Music director Anirudh Ravichandar has created such a sensation through his 'Kolaveri' song last year that entire nation showed their unity in liking that song unanimously. He scored that song for his '3', which starrer Dhanush and shruthi haasan. shruthi haasan is currently doing female lead of Pawan Kalyan's 'Gabbar Singh'. She is heard to have make an acquaintance of Anirudh to Pawan Kalyan. Pawan Kalyan is said to be very much impressed with his talents. Also, it is learnt that he heard three tunes of Anirudh and reportedly, gave his nod to rope  him in as the music director to his next flick. Telugu version will be directed by Deviprasad and produced by Super Good movies.

However, we don't wish to increase more expectations for the movie. This is the time pre release talks of the movie are to be out. If the pre release talks are good, more hype on the movie will be created and over expectations are certainly harmful for any movie. Better Manoj control his 'Extraaaas'?!

Especially, the first half of film filled with adult contented jokes and those eye straining flashy visual effects looked to have been forcibly inserted. Given the kind of energy and talent Manoj is gifted with, there is every reason for him to develop as a wonderful artist like his dad. Need of the hour is…better he should start working on saleable scripts with note-worthy directors thus controlling his creative thirst which might be treated as ‘extraaaas’ by outsiders.
