Varun - Neelakantha film titled 'Chammak Challo'!

Director Neelakantha, who is known for making films with serious themes, is directing romantic entertainer this time. His love story with Varun Sandesh is now progressing in Hyderabad. The film has reportedly been titled Chammak Challo.  D S Rao produces the film that would be wrapped up by next month. Taking about his film, Neelakantha said: "I am making a romantic entertainer that will appeal to the youth. It is a love story being presented a differently."

NTR - Puri Jagan's film muhurtham fixed

Post the success of Businessman , director Puri Jagannadh has announced three films - all of them would commence this year. While he has already begun his next film, Devudu Chesina Manushuluwith Ravi Teja, Puri has finished the script for his film with Pawan Kalyan and also has fixed the shooting schedule for it from May end. 

Meanwhile, we came to know hat Puri Jagannadh has also decided on a date for the formal pooja for his proposed film with 'Young Tiger' NTR. According to sources, Puri is planning to launch the movie on September 18th this year and release it for Sankranthi 2013. 

If Puri really finishes all these films according to his current plan, it would change the working styles of all the big directors in Tollywood. 

Chiru is not in 'Gabbar Singh'

Some gossips have been being heard for the past few days that Mega Star Chiranjeevi will be seen in the movie, 'Gabbar Singh'. As per these gossips, Chiranjeevi would dance with Pawan Kalyan in the title song of the movie. However, producer Ganesh Babu gave a clarification that Chiranjeevi has not been the part of the movie and he will not be seen in any of the scenes. Hearing this, some of the fans of Pawan Kalyan were said to be disappointed.  The makers are reportedly planning to release the movie on 9th May. Shruthi Haasan is the female lead of the movie. Devi Sri Prasad is learnt to have composed rocking tunes for this movie. Harish Shankar is directing this movie as a mass masala entertainer.

Why One Crore For 'Rachcha' Audio?

We have seen the audios of many movies of recent times, including the audios of some of the top heroes have been sold out just for a maximum of  around 50 lakhs. Surprisingly, Ram Charan's 'Rachcha' movie's audio rights were bagged by Aditya Music by paying Rs. 1 crore. How this feat has been possible? As per the trade sources and cine analysts, following reasons responsible for this huge audio business of the movie. * Ram Charan's previous three movies were proved to be musical hits like, 'Chirutha', 'Magadheera' and 'Orange'. * If the heroes are good dancers, naturally, more number of audio sales are expected than the audios of other heroes.  * 'Rachcha' title song has been a massive hit. * Manisharma has composed the music.  * The music company is of the opinion that even if the movie couldn't do well with the audience, their investments would be back as the similar thing was done to 'Orange' movie.

Director Escapes 'Second' Curse!!

Sentiments and beliefs run strongly in the cine circuit and most of the times, they turn out to be true. One sentiment that is strongly believed is about the second film of any director turning out to be a dud. Barring an exception like Rajamouli, all the other directors have ended up scoring failures at the box office.
 
But now, one director has broken that jinx. He is Veerabhadram Chowdary, the director of the film ‘Poola Rangadu’. Apparently, ‘Poola Rangadu’ is Veerabhadram’s second film and reports say the film is rocking at box office. Buzz is that if the trend continues, it is expected to fetch Rs 20 crores at the box office.
 
Already, the first two days has reported strong collections and it is bound to continue for another day since Monday is Sivaratri holiday. While Veerabhadram seems to have escaped from the curse of the second film, it remains to be seen whether he can continue the same trend and enter the top league.
