Why RS & why not CM for Chiru?

The news of chiranjeevi elected for Rajyasabha, seems to be not go well with some of the Mega fans. As per them, "We have expected that chiranjeevi would be the future CM of the state, if he continues remain to be in the state politics, and now he has missed that golden chance with this innocent move. However, sources close to the Mega family are coming up with interesting explanation on chiranjeevi's latest move. According to them, if chiranjeevi is offered the CM post in the state, many leaders raise the protests as on what basischiranjeevi is offered that post and chances are there to argue about the status and seniority of chiranjeevi. Having anticipated all these protests, the Congress High Command decided to implement a separate strategy to offerchiranjeevi the CM post. As per this strategy, chiranjeevi will be elected for Rajyasabha first, later,he will be made a Union Minister, which levels with the status of CM. There after, he will be made the CM of the state just before the general elections, 2014. Then there won't be any chances for the local Congress leaders to question about the status and seniority of chiranjeevi, as he will be enjoying  the status and the seniority of the central minister post by that time.
